Order Puller - Temp to Perm Opportunity

Stride Staffing has partnered with a leading metals distributor to offer an excellent opportunity to join their team! We are hiring Order Pullers for a temp-to-perm position. If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready for a long-term career, we want to meet you!

Job Duties:

• Perform general warehouse duties (labor intensive)
• Consistently lift up to 70 lbs throughout the shift (heavy lifting required)
• Push, pull, stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as required
• Use tape measure accurately
• Package products with consistency and accuracy
• Cross-train in multiple departments, including forklift operations (sit-down & stand-up) and the iron shipping department

Requirements:

• ABOVE THE ANKLE Steel Toe Shoes and Met Guards required
• Physically capable of consistent, heavy lifting up to 70 lbs
• Sit-down or Stand-up forklift experience a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Good packaging and measuring skills
• Ability to multi-task and work with accuracy
• Must be able to pass a background check (not background friendly)
