He/she is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and neat, for all tools, and equipment to perform this operation.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required: at least a minimum 9th grade education. Must have had some experience in the trade and able to know the proper products and tools required.
Involves essential ability to pass a physical and drug screen. Must be able to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high, and 25 lbs to shoulder high. Must be able to work around, over, and under equipment and trucks as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
