Senior It Operation Engineer

We're seeking a seasoned IT professional to help shape and strengthen our technology operations. In this role, you'll take ownership of critical cloud platforms, identity management, and SaaS administration while driving projects that enhance security, efficiency, and scalability. Acting as the primary partner to the Director of IT Operations, you'll play a key role in improving processes, implementing automation, and ensuring a seamless experience for users across the organization. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering impactful results in a dynamic environment.

Location: Downtown Dallas - Fully Onsite (parking is paid for) Salary: $115k - $125k

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Google Workspace, Azure AD, Okta, JAMF, and Intune.
• Oversee identity and access management (IAM), SSO, MFA, conditional access, and integrations.
• Manage Slack, Zoom, and other core SaaS platforms.
• Lead IT operations projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Automate workflows and administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.

Requirements

• 710 years of experience in IT operations or systems engineering.
• Strong expertise in Google Workspace, Azure AD, and Okta.
• Background in IAM and access governance.
• Hands-on experience with JAMF and Intune.
• Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and SaaS administration.
• Leadership mindset without direct people management responsibilities
