Responsibilities:

• Ensure orders arrive on time, are complete and of good quality
• Store products and log in accordance with facility standards
• Maintain food, beverage and paper storage areas, keeping organized, clean and up to health codes
• Rotate all product daily
• Assist Purchaser and Chef with daily assigned tasks
• Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils, keeping in clean and orderly condition

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Have effective communication skills
• Can lift 50 lbs or more
• Have knowledge of health department standards
