Warehouse Technician

Summary: This team supports Southwest Airlines and is the single location for storing and supplying all Southwest Airlines with the technology needed for refreshes and projects. Team members support the supply chain process fulfilling orders that come in through ServiceNow. Team members are responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory, picking & pulling items and warehouse organization. Loading, transporting, and delivering requested items. Responsible for all outgoing shipments as well as updating asset records. Audits receivables vs. packing slips, processes return, and updates records, as necessary. Fulfills orders, stages items, operates warehouse equipment and is responsible for warehouse organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Shift Monday through Friday 7am4pm
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • All MS products; MS Mail, Excel, Word
  • Detail oriented and high level of accuracy
  • Shipping & Receiving experience
  • Forklift and warehouse equipment
  • Warehouse management system
  • Scan gun
  • Inventory control
  • Audit
  • Picking and Pulling
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to follow predefined standards and procedures

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
