As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Specialist, your role is crucial in delivering exceptional service to our policyholders. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing billing inquiries, facilitating policy changes, and offering recommendations. Compensation: $24.50 - $35.61 per hour, plus a 10% Bilingual Skill Differential!

Many associates achieve a base salary increase of 10% in their first year, with top performers seeing increases of up to 15%!

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance license is preferred.

• Excellent customer service experience.

• Strong computer and multi-tasking abilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
