Regal Staffing is seeking an experienced Soldering Technician - Quality Assurance (Rework) to join a growing manufacturing operation in Wilmer, TX. This role is responsible for precision soldering, rework, and quality verification of electronic components in a high-volume production environment.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.
Night Shift Differential: +10%.

Schedule:
Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
• Rotation: 12-hour shifts with alternating schedules.
• 3 days on / 4 days off (Sunday-Tuesday).
• 4 days on / 3 days off (Sunday-Wednesday).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision soldering and rework of electronic components, including wire-to-wire and wire-to-pad connections.
• Inspect and verify solder quality using imaging, electrical testing, and test equipment.
• Repair and assemble cell strings, modules, and circuits requiring fine hand assembly.
• Verify cell grade, manufacturer, and color series by accurately reading labels.
• Monitor and verify workstation and soldering iron temperatures.
• Maintain soldering tools, equipment, and a clean workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
• Communicate production and quality updates during shift handoffs.
• Train team members on soldering and rework procedures as needed.
• Perform all duties safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more of soldering experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to visually inspect components using computers, testing equipment, and documentation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
