Uprite Construction is looking for a Director of Client Services who understands how to build long?term trust with clients, support regional growth, and create a smooth experience from pursuit through closeout. This person will serve as a bridge between clients, project teams, and leadership and comes from the industrial, manufacturing, office, or retail construction world, knowing how to manage relationships on projects with speed, clarity, and follow?through. The role is based in Texas and we strongly prefer someone who already knows the DFW market, its clients, design partners, and trade base.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain long?term relationships with new and existing clients


• Lead client engagement strategies across industrial, manufacturing, office, retail, and commercial projects


• Partner with pre?construction, project management, and executives to strengthen communication and service delivery


• Monitor client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle


• Participate in pursuits, presentations, interviews, and project onboarding conversations


• Support the creation of client?specific service plans and communication frameworks


• Visit job sites, meet with clients regularly, and bring back clear feedback to leadership


• Help ensure clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout every stage


• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and win repeat work


• Represent Uprite Construction in the DFW market with professionalism and warmth

What Youll Bring

• Strong knowledge of the DFW construction market


• Background in industrial, manufacturing, office, retail, or commercial general contracting


• Clear communication style and the ability to build trust quickly


• Comfortable working with executives, owners, project teams, designers, and trade partners

• Ability to travel within Texas for client meetings and site visits
