Title: Immigration Attorney

Compensation: $100k – $140k Base + Bonus

We're partnered with a respected and growing Texas-based law firm seeking an Immigration Attorney to join their Dallas office.

This well-established multi-practice firm has built its reputation over the past decade on successful advocacy, courtroom capability, and client-focused immigration representation. As their practice expands, they are looking for an attorney who is ready to handle meaningful casework, appear in court, and grow a long-term career within a supportive environment.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience
• Experience appearing in EOIR proceedings or USCIS matters (including family-based filings and removal defense)
• JD and an active U.S. bar license
• Court experience is required!

Bonus Points:

• Spanish/English bilingual ability
• Litigation advocacy or trial-style experience
• Experience working alongside paralegals or case staff
