We help our clients:

  • Navigate tax challenges and capture tax opportunities inherent in the entire transaction lifecycle
  • Increase value through thoughtful, tax-advantaged transaction structuring as well as through identification and mitigation of relevant historical and projected tax risks

Responsibilities M&A Tax:

  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side M&A tax due diligence engagements
  • Collaborate with our financial and tax transaction advisory teams to perform tax structuring and modeling in connection with midmarket transactions
  • Research tax issues as needed to deliver technical tax and accounting analysis in conjunction with transaction structuring and post-close compliance
  • Build industry skills and qualifications
  • Support group strategy, thought leadership, marketing, and client development efforts

The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $70,000.00-$115,000.00 Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as the service line and location where this position may be filled.
