Customer Service Specialists are responsible for learning and understanding the entire front-end process to ensure successful service for our patients. They work in a fast-paced environment answering inbound calls and making outbound calls. They obtain, analyze, and verify information from referrals, create orders, and schedule patients to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor. Specialists also educate patients on their financial responsibilities when applicable.
Pay: $16/hr. Contract to Hire, based out of Dallas, TX. Benefits may include medical, dental & vision, critical illness, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, disability, Health Spending Account, transportation benefits, EAP, PTO. Eligibility may vary based on classification and length of employment.
Monday to Friday; 8 hour shift between 7am-7pm: 7am?4pm or 10am?7pm.
