The Warehouse General position is primarily responsible for assisting warehouse personnel in order selecting, receiving, loading, and repacking activities. The position will primarily use a forklift or electric pallet jack to fulfill these duties.Job Responsibilities:* Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy* Ensure company equipment is in safe, working condition; reports any incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor* Ensure work area is organized, clean, and free of trash* Project a friendly, professional image at all times* Prioritize multiple, competing priorities* Attend meetings as requiredJob Qualifications:* Prior forklift experience preferred* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments* Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment* Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail* Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations* Must be able to read and write English* Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply* Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear* High school graduate or GED required
