What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate night shift production activities to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Monitor equipment and processes to maintain quality standards.

• Provide guidance and support to team members for optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to meet production goals.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions.

• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and around heavy equipment.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Must be able to work night shifts and extended hours as needed.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
