Here's what you'd do:

• Read work orders or follow verbal instructions to identify materials to transport
• Open containers using steel cutters, a crowbar, a claw hammer, or other hand tools
• Load materials to and from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
• Load materials to and from vehicles
• Use hand tools to install strapping, bracing, or padding to protect materials in transit
• Transport materials from storage or worksites to designated areas-including the manufacturing floor-by use of hand truck, electric dolly, forklift, or another device
• Count, weigh, and record materials moved or handled in an ERP system
• Attach tags or labels to materials (or otherwise mark information)

Job Requirements

Here's what requirements you'll need:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of warehouse and/or shipping/receiving and material handing experience

Here's what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer:

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills
• Experience with shipping and receiving
• Experience with cycle counting

Additional Information:

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
