Job Title

To ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently by assisting with the delivery of items needed on guest floors.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Make contact with Housekeeping Office and PBX at start of shift.
2. Follow-up on any calls that might be pending.
3. Guest deliveries completed within 10 minutes.
4. Guest deliveries are delivered on a tray.
5. Check with Laundry on availability of linens, blankets and bed spreads.
6. Inventory cribs, refrigerators, micro waves and rollaway.
7. Make sure any dry cleaning is picked up and or delivered.
8. Make sure all storage closets are clean and neat.
9. Earpiece used with radio.
10. All floor landing is neat, clean and organized.
11. Completes other duties as assigned
12. Knowledge of Dry Cleaning Services provided to our guest.
13. Knowledge of hotel, facilities and events.
14. To ensure hotel, guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
15. Help deliver needed items to GRA.
16. Keep storage area neat and clean.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift a minimum of 50lb.
• Able to push carts up to 100lb.
• Stand and walk for long periods of time.

• Interior of hotel. Exposure to extreme heat and humidity.
• Exposure to hazardous cleaning chemicals.
