**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and coordinate day shift production activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
+ Monitor equipment and processes to maintain optimal performance.
+ Support team members through training and guidance to achieve operational goals.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality and productivity.

+ Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. and occasional lifting of heavier materials with assistance.
+ Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and inclement weather.
+ Manual dexterity and ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Must comply with all company safety and operational policies.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
