Summary:
This position is responsible for meeting and conference room preparations for the facility. It has responsibility for ensuring the correct number of chairs, tables, and linens are properly set up for each meeting and/or conference.
Responsibilities:
* Set up meeting/conference rooms according to specified instructions. Manage inventory of chairs, tables, and linen for meeting/ conference rooms.
* Requests work orders to repair broken tables and/or chairs. Provide catering/banquet support as needed. Clean meeting/ conference room prior to and after each event.
* Deliver floor stock to Pavilion, Trinity Towers and Chase. Deliver hot and cold food items to Pavilion Café
* Drive company vehicles as needed
* Use approved customer service skills when interacting with patients, families, and external guests. Bagging products and cleaning pallets before end of shift. Able to move in a fast pace and cross train in Catering.
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 1 year banquet room set up experience Preferred
* At least 1 year experience in healthcare setting Preferred
EDUCATION
* High school diploma or equivalent Required
* Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience Preferred
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
* Texas Driver License Required
* Obtain Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire, and maintain current status thereafter Required
