Warehouse Associate Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including receiving, stocking, inventory control, and shipping. This role ensures products are processed accurately and shipped in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, sort, count, store, and process items according to company procedures.
  • Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against packing lists.
  • Ship orders on time while maintaining quality standards.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks.
  • Work in various temperature environments (room temp, cold room, freezer).
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience (life sciences experience a plus).
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Pallet jack experience; ability to operate equipment at various heights.
  • Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Outlook, shipping software).
  • Strong attendance, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour.
