Experienced Female Live-in Caregiver / Social Companion
About the Role
A unique opportunity awaits an exceptional live-in caregiver who is equal parts companion, care provider, and social butterfly.
A prominent Dallas family is seeking an experienced and refined live-in caregiver to support their mother with memory care and assist both their parents with day-to-day routines, health-focused meal prep, and active engagement at upscale events and social outings. This is a once-in-a-career placement for someone who thrives in elegant environments and knows how to be both warm and discreet in the public eye.
You will work alongside a tight-knit household team including adult children, part-time caregivers, a housekeeper, and a family manager. This is a respectful, supportive, and structured household-perfect for a polished professional who values clear expectations and high standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing respectful and engaging memory-care assistance
- Supporting ADLs with gentle standby help and fall prevention
- Maintaining a well-managed daily calendar and helping with light computer tasks
- Accompanying the care recipient on walks, social events, and upscale functions
- Cooking and serving meals that align with specific dietary needs
- Assisting with light housekeeping and pet care (dog-friendly)
- Driving to appointments, errands, and outings (vehicle provided)
- Being on-call overnight for rare but possible emergencies
- Maintaining a warm and professional presence at home and at events
Schedule:- Live-in, 6 days/week, with one full day or equivalent break per week
- Private bedroom and bathroom in a large and elegant home.
- Reasonable downtime each day and structured overnight sleep period
What We're Looking For:- Prior live-in caregiving experience (minimum 3 years with verifiable references from the families that you lived with)
- Graceful, polished communication and behavior in social settings
- Five + years of memory care experience
- Organized, calm, and nurturing presence
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check, drug test, and provide verifiable references from families whom you successfully competed previous live-in jobs.
- Must be dog-friendly

Process:
1. Fill out an application. You will move on to the next stage if you meet the job requirements.
2. Pass a 6-question phone screening interview with us.
3. Submit 2+ live-in care references that we can verify. If your live-in references are both very strong, you will move on to the next stage.
4. Have a Zoom interview with the family's recruiter. They are working to find the top 3 candidates for our client to interview.
5. Directly interview the family via Zoom. This is your time to shine and to ask questions about their specific needs and desired live-in schedule.
6. If you are a final top tier candidate, be willing to fly to Dallas to meet the family for a face to face interview. Travel expenses paid.
7. If they choose you, you will get a written job offer to consider. If you accept, you will need to move in with them by the first week in January 2026
We do not employ or co-employ any live-in. We are 3rd party recruiters that specialize in fulfilling long-term live-in positions with families. The family is the employer and pays you directly through a payroll service. All pay is on the books as a W2 employee. You negotiate all terms/schedules/duties/pay with the family, not us.
