Symbiotic Services is seeking a visionary and skilled Director of Marketing on behalf of our client. This individual will be passionate about creating compelling brand and product marketing experiences that drive sales and elevate the brand. Ideal candidates should possess the following:

As Director of Marketing, you will lead a high-performing team in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the Brand Guardian, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the brand's identity.
• Developing and managing promotional calendars, product lifecycle campaigns, and integrated marketing programs.
• Collaborating with various teams such as Merchandising, Engineering, and HR to drive marketing initiatives.
• Leading marketing communications, overseeing public relations, and ensuring digital properties reflect the brand's vision.
• Planning and executing strategic events, including bi-annual market events to enhance brand awareness.
• Managing the annual marketing plan and budget to maximize sales growth.

• 15-20% domestic travel required.
