Edison Smart are actively looking to hire several Senior HVAC Project Managers to support a growing MEP firm across Dallas / DFW.

As the Senior HVAC Project Manager, youll oversee all phases of HVAC installation and construction projects from estimating and scheduling to subcontractor coordination and client communication. Youll ensure that every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HVAC construction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and field teams.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review change orders, submittals, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical construction project management.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and construction processes.
• Proven track record managing commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
