Overview

Vice President, National Excellence Strategy at Children's Health in Dallas, Texas. Permanent | Onsite

Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aimed at securing and sustaining a Top Ten U.S. News & World Report designation. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, the VP will drive interdepartmental collaboration, lead key committee meetings, and identify opportunities for impactful process improvement initiatives. This leader will oversee reporting to U.S. News & World Report and prepare the organization's Annual Outcomes Report.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to develop and implement a strategy to secure and sustain a Top Ten U.S. News & World Report designation.
• Drive interdepartmental collaboration, lead key committee meetings, and identify opportunities for impactful process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee reporting to U.S. News & World Report and prepare the organization9s Annual Outcomes Report.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting, ideally leading large process improvement projects.
• Strong project management experience; Agile or Lean Six Sigma training; collaborative team player with excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work across diverse teams.
• Desirable: prior experience in an academic setting and familiarity with research and data analytics.
