About the Role

The President will be responsible for advancing the organization's mission, strategy, and overall impact. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring financial health, and executing strategic initiatives approved by the Board of Directors. The President cultivates relationships with key stakeholderssuch as donors, community leaders, government partners, and staffto expand the organizations influence and visibility. Additional responsibilities include leading fundraising efforts, building strong partnerships, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. The President also works closely with the Board to align vision, governance, and sustainability planning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 710 years' senior leadership experience in the nonprofit or public sector, preferably with organizations focused on social impact, advocacy, or community services. A strong background in strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement is essential. The President must be an effective communicator and relationship builder, capable of inspiring teams and mobilizing support from a wide range of constituencies. A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is critical, along with a collaborative leadership style that empowers staff and advances organizational goals. A bachelors degree is required; an advanced degree in nonprofit management, business, public administration, or a related field is preferred.
