Finance Director

We're seeking a dynamic, performance-driven Finance Director to lead financial strategy and execution across our field operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on financial leader who thrives in operational environments, understands the nuances of contract management, and is passionate about translating financial insights into actionable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate site-level performance, investment decisions, and overhead spending
• Align operational activities with financial outcomes, especially within contract management
• Provide strategic guidance to optimize resource allocation and ROI
• Lead short-term forecasting and monthly Flash reporting cycles
• Collaborate with leadership to identify long-term financial risks and growth opportunities
• Ensure financial agility in response to market and operational shifts

Business Insights & Predictability

• Analyze key business drivers to support strategic planning and financial consistency
• Deliver actionable insights that improve predictability and performance
• Administer regional financial policies and ensure compliance across field operations
• Partner with District Managers, Regional Staff, and Account Managers to meet financial and operational goals
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise-wide alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in field-based roles
• Proven track record of driving performance through financial strategy and operational alignment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in contract management and multi-site operations is highly desirable
