Serves as the primary technical point of contact for Yardi financial software across the company. Provide troubleshooting, support, training and recommendations related to Yardi financial modules. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to identify, understand, and solve challenges related to the Yardi financial system Ensure software usage and business process efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization Participate in the testing and implementation of periodic system upgrades for new plug-ins, hot-fixes and Voyager releases along with the Business Systems Team Support the successful onboarding and offboarding of Communities for the company's Yardi platform Solve helpdesk inquiries related to Yardi module errors or general Yardi questions/issues. Provide outstanding customer service.
