Hydraulic Modeling Engineer

Overview

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Hydraulic Modeling Engineer to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water/wastewater master planning and hydraulic modeling, contributing to our ongoing projects and new initiatives.

Locations

Dallas, Texas; Frisco, Texas; Fort Worth, Texas; Denton, Texas

Responsibilities

• Design water/wastewater master plans and develop capital improvement projects.
• Perform project tasks within scope, schedule, and budget under the guidance of the Project Engineer.
• Coordinate efforts with GIS personnel and other team members.
• Apply standard practices, collect and analyze data, and recognize discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in water and wastewater planning.
• Proficiency with hydraulic modeling software such as Innovyze or Bentley products.
