A vital member of the Manufacturing Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.Job responsibilities include:Research and produce justification for capital projectsDevelop and manage capital projectsDesign/build equipment/systems for productivity improvements and cost reduction initiativesProvide support for maintenance operationsProvide technical support for process improvementsReview existing processes, make recommendations to improve process flow and implement process improvement applying Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma conceptsWhat We Are Looking ForStrong computer skills - high level of proficiency with AutoCAD & MS Office – their related functions & applicationAbility to read and develop controls, wiring, pneumatic and hydraulic diagramsAbility to plan and execute a successful project handoff to operations and plant maintenance while providing technical support for machines and equipment on an as-needed basis.
