What You'll Get to Do

The EP Scheduler Expeditor (Anodize) is focused on scheduling orders in our Anodizing Department and reports to the Anodizing Manager

This role is perfect for an individual who are focused, a team player, and comfortable working outside. A vital member of the Anodizing Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate schedule to become familiar with schedule, delivery dates, estimated work requirements, staffing, and time needed to complete jobs
• Release and create jobs to prepare for schedule
• Develop and distribute daily schedules
• Order materials as needed
• Order office and department supplies as needed
• Assist in submitting tickets to Maintenance to repair any operational equipment malfunctions
• Assist in submitting tickets to IT to resolve any administrative equipment, program, server, etc. related issues
• Assist in KPI tracking and calculations as needed
• Assist in 5S audits as scheduled
• Assist in PTM audits as scheduled
• Assist in submitting MDRs to Quality as needed
• Assist in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory levels conduct transactions as needed
• Actively screen and audit operation postings as needed
• Support safety and quality programs as needed
• Support supervision with training as needed
• Participate and support all team activities
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively with employees, supervision, and upper management
• Must be a team player who is willing to directly assist employees as needed
• Must be able to collaborate and work alongside other departments as needed

What We're Looking For

• Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
• Experience with EPICS MRP system preferred
• Experience with EPICOR ERP system preferred
• 2+ years of manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to perform job role with minimum management supervision
• Able to operate under pressure, meet strict deadlines, multitask, and effectively prioritize
• Must be able to work 1st shift, with periods of required overtime
• Must have regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures as they are an essential function to the position
