The role requires expertise in design and construction management, with experience leading multiple consultants and projects on behalf of clients.Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple real estate, architecture, or construction projects across the country.Lead project teams and coordinate with various consultants and stakeholders.Travel 20%-50% as required by client needs.Minimum Requirements Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree required.7-10 years of real estate or project management experience.Experience in real estate project management, architecture, or construction management.Experience managing multiple projects nationwide.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Certificates and LicensesLEED certification is a plus.Skills & AbilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and in teams, building relationships with clients and partners.Capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure, and managing workload effectively.Commitment to client service and willingness to take on new challenges.Physical Requirements Ability to perform onsite inspections, including climbing stairs, ladders, and negotiating construction sites.Lift up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.Work involves extended periods of sitting at a computer and standing, with good vision and communication abilities.Additional Information This position is classified as Temporary with a seniority level of Director .
