We are seeking a Project Executive to lead project success, manage client relationships, and oversee multiple projects with a focus on data center infrastructure.

Position Overview

The Project Executive will be responsible for the overall success of projects, providing leadership to project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key areas include business development, organizational management, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall Project Accountability: Oversee project alignment with specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Communication Leadership: Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and resolve issues.
  • Work Planning and Oversight: Manage work plans, assign tasks, and review contracts.
  • Capital Planning & Budgeting: Develop and monitor budgets, supervise expenditures.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate on divisional goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Agency Oversight & Contract Management: Oversee third-party agencies, negotiate contracts.
  • Safety & Operations: Implement safety and operational programs.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze issues and implement solutions.
  • Personnel Management: Lead staff recruitment, training, and evaluation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering, or 15+ years of construction experience. Advanced degrees or PMP certification preferred.
  • 10+ years in Construction Management/Engineering, with experience in Data Centers or Heavy Industry.
  • Proven success in large-scale construction projects and knowledge of BIM and operational requirements.
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in a large GC environment.
Skills
  • Construction methodologies, industry codes, and compliance expertise.
  • Experience with Owner/Design/Contractor agreements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, P6, and related software.
  • Experience in developing project proposals and negotiations.
