Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Data Center

Structure Tone Southwest is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support statewide construction projects, with expertise in project technology. The role involves ground-up construction and interior build-outs, providing diverse responsibilities contributing to project success. Key Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership through project audits
• Train new hires on project technologies and tools
• Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams
• Assist with scheduling subcontractors and material deliveries
• Review submittals and RFIs
• Participate in cost control and budget tracking
• Manage document control and track contract changes
• Perform QA/QC inspections
• Assist in punch list development and project close-out
• Contribute to safety management initiatives
• Maintain organized records with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction
• Data Center experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; CMiC experience a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
