Our diversity and commitment to quality are our strengths.Who You Are The Project Controls Manager provides oversight and coordination of project cost control, budgets, risk management, estimating, change management, scheduling, tracking progress, forecasting, and communication strategies. The PCM should have strong financial management skills and be capable of managing project cost control, budgets, risk management, estimating, change management, and scheduling functions.What You'll Do Assist program managers, project managers, and construction managers by leading project controls efforts during initial planning, design, and construction phases.Manage financials, procurement, cost, and construction budgets, directly overseeing the financial aspects of projects.Oversee scheduling, estimating, and document control throughout various stages of design and construction.Develop, refine, and implement cost control and document control procedures. Track project progress and analyze bottlenecks, trends, and critical paths.Produce and maintain detailed cash flow reports and perform earned value analysis.Oversee third-party contracts and ensure compliance alongside the Contracts & Compliance Administrator.Review and validate contractual compliance of project invoices and pay applications submitted by the design and construction team.Coordinate with project controls teams to identify and mitigate schedule and budget overruns.What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Financial Analysis, Finance, or equivalent proven experience.Minimum of 7 years of relevant cost control experience; 10+ years preferred.Certifications are desirable but not required. Acceptable certifications include CCM, CCFP, PMP, CCC/CCE.Expertise in Windows, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and project financial management.Knowledge of construction processes and building science.Understanding of quality control programs for design and construction.Attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially under pressure.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Familiarity with project management software such as Owner Insite, PM Vitals, ProCore, Prolog, etc.Ability to manage others effectively.What We Offer Compensation is based on contract specifications and experience.
