Land Development Project Manager | North Dallas, TX

A growing multidisciplinary engineering and planning firm is seeking amotivated and skilled civil engineerto join its North Dallas office. This position is ideal for a mid-level professional who is ready to take on a mix of technical and project management responsibilities while contributing to a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure and land development projects.

• Prepare technical reports, construction documents, and specifications
• Support project budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination
• Participate in internal and external meetings with limited supervision
• Assist in managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• PE License in Texas
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable leading meetings and assembling plan sets with minimal oversight
