Plans, directs and manages the records management, document imaging, and mail services programs; develops and updates goals, objectives, performance measures and strategic plan; performs programmatic and operational audits; and develops and conducts training for staff to ensure proper utilization of resources and equipment. Management Scope: Manager of division payroll in excess of $1,345,000 (34 employees; 3 exempt and 31 non-exempt). Management of Professional Service Contracts (Microfilm/ Imaging, ARCUS off-sight storage of microfilm): approximately $43,000. Division revenue generation approximately: $600,000. Manage the tracking and storage of over 1,000,000 files with a yearly average of 77,000 new case fillings per fiscal year 1.
