JOB TITLE: Director of Property Management for a shopping center owner

Location: In office daily in Dallas

Manage a team of property managers and oversee all US assets. Must have supervisory experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly supervises 4-5 employees within the property manager department(s).
• Indirectly supervises 30 employees within the property management, maintenance and security department(s).
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 8-10 years of property management experience
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Have a positive attitude and keep a solution-based and customer-focused mindset at all times.
• Very familiar with YARDI (ideal) or similar property management system. In depth knowledge of how to manage diverse portfolio across the US using a system report and system communications.
