This position can be home-based/remote anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities
The Senior Compensation Analyst will be critical in developing, implementing, and leading compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compensation practices and trends. The Senior Compensation Analyst will work closely with HR, HRIS, and leadership teams to ensure our compensation strategies align with business objectives and market competitiveness. This role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five (5) - Seven (7) years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Advanced to expert user of Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
Proficiency in the administration of compensation analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Solid understanding of pay equity and transparency regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday, CompAnalyst (or similar such as MarketPay, Payfactors).
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau and/or PowerBI.
Experience with Incentive Platforms and management.
Experience with International Compensation.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
The salary minimum to the midpoint of the range is $86,000.00 to $112,000.00 Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
