As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Human Resources team plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by providing guidance and support to equip our teams for success and manage the employee life cycle.

As an Division Human Resources Business Partner at West Shore Home, you will act as the primary HR liaison for assigned locations, providing guidance on HR policies, workforce concerns, and employee life cycle support. This position involves addressing workplace issues, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, conducting site visits, supporting employee engagement, and implementing HR initiatives.

What You'll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals while modeling leadership behaviors, promoting company values, and setting an example for the HR team.
  • Oversees the resolution of employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conducts thorough and objective investigations as required by business need.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of legal requirements including but not limited to ADA, FMLA, and FLSA to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • A strong attention to detail and ability to balance priorities
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Human Resources concentration
  • Human Resources certification preferred (SHRM or HRCI)

  • Schedule: Exempt role with standard hours from 8:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday)
  • Must be available before and after standard office hours for urgent employee matters
  • Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Level
  • Travel: 30%
