Immediate opening for a plant manager at a paper/metal recycling company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This individual will oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained. The role requires blend of managerial skills and technical knowledge to coordinate different departments, monitor production processes and implement cost effective strategies.

This position will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, managing staff and continuously improving production efficiency.

Knowledge of the paper and metal recycling industries is essential. Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a managerial position at a recycling facility and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field are helpful.
