Position Summary
The Assistant Property Manager assists the property manager in effectively managing the assigned communities. In the property manager's absence, the Assistant Property Manager will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing community objectives as set forth by the property manager and corporate leadership. In addition, the Assistant Property Manager is directly responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received. This position will be assigned to our "The Mark at Midtown" property, located right off Dallas's North Central Expressway, in North Dallas!

Qualifications
Education/Certification
ยง Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent vocational/technical training.

Hours for this position will be Monday Thru Friday! - Work Life Balance. Physical presence at Magnolia properties is required to perform the duties of this position.
