Job Description:

• Manage recruitment for various property management positions, including apartment managers, service managers, and leasing managers.
• Identify and attract candidates for field roles across diverse locations.
• Post job listings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Collaborate with local organizations and training programs (e.g., technical schools, community outreach) to source qualified talent.
• Support the hiring of additional on-site roles such as Porters, Service Technicians, and other operational staff.
• Align recruitment strategies with company objectives and ensure they meet the demands of the market.

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of recruitment experience in hospitality, restaurants, multifamily property management, or similar industries
• Experience recruiting for field positions across multiple locations
• Proficient in posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
