Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to develop and maintain an effective Inventory Control Plan, aiming for 98% or higher accuracy. You will work cross-functionally to improve inventory processes, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the Inventory Control Plan
• Maintain master data for physical inventory
• Create BI reports to track KPIs and warehouse metrics
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Schedule and perform daily inventory counts
• Monitor and review inventory variances
• Track daily KPIs to ensure accuracy
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Review OSMI and recommend improvements
• Monitor OSMI scrap rate
• Participate in the PCG Team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI or related software experience preferred
• Experience with inventory control systems, cycle counting, and process mapping
• Strong understanding of inventory flow and supply chain
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
