JOB SUMMARY
USA Prime Sports is looking to add a Customer Service Manager to our team. This position will be responsible for answering calls, managing uniform inventory in our office and warehouse, managing customer emails, providing product and service information, and helping the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem with accuracy and efficiency.

They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don't have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
