JOB SUMMARY

USA Prime Sports is looking to add a Customer Service Manager to our team. This position will be responsible for answering calls, managing uniform inventory in our office and warehouse, managing customer emails, providing product and service information, and helping the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem with accuracy and efficiency.

They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don't have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Ability to manage physical inventory by building boxes, repackaging items, and organizing inventory rooms by lifting and moving boxes to maximize space
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and profile/account changes
  • Able to address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers
  • Prep work for our team store apparel or player uniforms


REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE

  • College Graduate
  • Proficiency with CRM systems specifically ZOHO
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
  • Proficient in computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts. Specifically, Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously
  • Manage large amounts of customer emails efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution


COMPENSATION

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
