Job Details

Duties Include (but are not limited to):Handy man repairs around the facility. Make ready rooms/painting trim and walls. Quarterly maintenance inspection and quarterly preventative maintenance tasks,Cleaning condenser coils. Changing out switches and plugs. Changing filters. Remove an reinstall new toilets and seats. Remove and install kitchen and vanity faucets. Clear a toilet or sink drain that is clogged. Ability to use a sewer machine. Diagnose and repair ac unit problems. General understanding of dishwashers/ washer machine and dryers. Being able to diagnose and replace a heating element, belt for dryer etc. Changing of light bulbs. Grounds cleaning of debris to make us look well kept, not landscaping just picking up of trash debris that may have blown onto the property. Must have general tools. Assembling furniture.
