Pridestaff has partnered with our Dallas, Texas based client in search of a dynamic property manager to join their growing team!

This multi-tenant property is ~100,000 square feet (~10 floors) and is located off Central Expressway (75).

Compensation: $73,000-$90,000: Depending on Experience

**Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for daily operations, ensuring strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, proactively addressing their concerns and enhancing their experience.

• Lead the planning and management of maintenance, repairs, and renovations to maintain the property at peak condition.

• Prepare and manage operating budgets to guarantee alignment with company financial goals.

• Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts for essential services, including cleaning, HVAC, and maintenance.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to drive tenant retention and streamline lease renewals.

What We Expect:

• A Bachelor's degree is required + 5 years of management experience in multi-tenant office buildings.

• Proven capability in people management and effective communication.

• Demonstrated expertise in project management and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• You must be available for occasional after-hours emergencies and periodic building inspections.
