Responsibilities:
· Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer.
· Works directly with the CEO to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
· Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments, prioritizing sensitive matters.
· Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
· Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of executives, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents appropriately.
· Arranges travel and accommodation for both the CEO.
· Maintain confidential information with the utmost confidence.
· Organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing when necessary.
· Performs additional duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant programs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
