Overview:
The Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring the functionality of well sites and facilities for the purpose of detecting active and potential malfunctions and equipment failures. The Control Room Operator ensures the safe and efficient operation of processes, systems, and associated equipment, and will be able to identify if production shutdown is necessary, where unsafe conditions are identified. The Control Room is a 24-hour operation where incumbents will be required to work 12-hour shifts, rotating night shift andday shift.
Responsibilities:Qualifications:
10+ yrs. of combined experience in control room operations and field operations in the oil and gas industry required.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Proficiency with SCADA required, EVIN or comparable software highly preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision.
Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
