Our Client, a top commercial real estate firm in north Dallas is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team!


The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

  • Minimum 4 years' administrative support experience
  • Excellent PowerPoint (presentation creation) and Excel (V-LOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables) required
  • Strong time management skills with a sense of urgency to complete tasks on deadline
  • Experience in commercial real estate or experience supporting real estate brokers is a huge plus!


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Managing brokers' calendars and coordinating schedules internally and externally
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, hotel accommodations and all other logistics as required or needed
  • Scheduling sales calls and meetings, and arranging conference calls
  • Expense reporting
  • Preparing, organizing, and assembling tour books, presentations, meeting material and pitches
  • Ensuring all preparations for client tours are completed
  • Building marketing materials for properties & tenant accounts including pulling and organizing content from databases
  • Managing property listing on company website to ensure content is current and accurate
  • Updating and preparing leasing reports
  • Reviewing Letters of Intent and making edits
  • Providing concierge-level customer service to clients
