Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support our payroll team in ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payroll. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in processing payroll and exposure to payroll software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of regular payroll cycles.
• Review and verify timesheets, work hours, and wage calculations.
• Verify and input employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes to payroll details.
• Maintain and update payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Assist with payroll tax filings and other required reports.
• Support the Payroll Manager or HR team with audits and year-end processing.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years' experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar platforms).
