The Admissions Representative handles all incoming telephone inquiries, vetting appropriately to qualify clients and coordinate admissions. The ideal candidate has experience in metric driven sales settings and a passion for helping others. Another core function of the Admissions Department is coordinating transportation operations by acting as a liaison between drivers and facilities, as The Haven offers transportation as part of their program. Admissions Representatives are primarily responsible for the admission into the facility and maintaining communication between the organization and patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Potential Clients: Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails, providing exceptional service to patients, referral sources, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate Transportation: Act as a liaison between drivers and facilities to ensure smooth transportation operations for our clients.
• Verify Insurance: Confirm medical insurance details to facilitate the admissions process.
• Utilize Technology: Develop proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Five9, Pverify, Samsara, and more.
• Stay Organized: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing based on importance and urgency.
• Communicate Effectively: Excel in both verbal and written communication, whether over the phone, via email, or in person.
