Summary/Objective:
The Technical AV Coordinator will be part of the Operations and Pre-Sales Solutions Teams, working closely with the Pre-sales team and Operations Managers in dealing with all requests from new and existing customers, driving excellence throughout the team. Technical coordinators work consists of managing technical details of various production or service aspects including the development, planning, and execution phases of projects. This role offers the opportunity to participate in on-going training and development to keep you up to date with the latest technologies in the Video Conferencing and AV market.
Core duties and Objectives
There is an expectation for the Technical AV Coordinator to communicate effectively and efficiently as he must work as a liaison between other departments and employees to ensure that everyone is on the same page. The coordinator must be up to date with day-to-day logistics and installations and must bring support to the operations team for purposes of the execution of new and existing projects' logistics, administration and technical service level support.
The Coordination will have clear communication with management and staff across various regions by regularly participating in meetings with departments to ensure efficient operation of service level standards. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the managing of the technical daily operations ensuring completion of projects and site jobs are successfully and efficiently executed within the means of the detailed task schedule, resource allocation and cost breakdown assigned by planning team. You will play a key part in ensuring that the high quality of our client-based service is maintained and improved to deliver world leading complex projects (Quality control).
